Application areas of Fiber Technology
Our Fiber Technology can be used for fast data
transmission and also for temperature measurement (DTS), as well as for the detection and utilization of acoustic signals (DAS) in high-security areas. Benefit from the almost unlimited application possibilities.
The tubes with singlemode or multimode fibers are used in various places such as OPGW cables, buildings, bridges, tunnels, underwater and pipelines.
Temperature measurement systems for optimal performance utilization of your cables.
Acoustic measuring systems for monitoring e.g. company premises, railroad lines or high security areas at national borders. These systems are adjusted to your needs by programmable logarithms. Unimportant acoustic signals can thus be masked out, making application in noisy environments no problem.
For measurement in high temperature areas, such as boreholes, specially jacketed fibers are required. For this purpose, our scientists developed copper alloy cladding solutions that are unique worldwide.
